About the Regional Rehabilitation Knowledge Center

Bridging the gap between research and practice in rehabilitation

The Regional Rehabilitation Knowledge Center (RKR) is committed to bridging the gap between research and clinical practice. By empowering healthcare professionals and leaders with evidence-based knowledge, we aim to improve the quality and outcomes of rehabilitation across diverse patient populations, diagnoses, and care settings.

Our mission is to close the gap between research and clinical practice by fostering professional growth, promoting innovation, and facilitating the successful implementation of evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

To achieve this, we

  • actively establish and support professional networks to stimulate collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • work in partnership with rehabilitation departments, research institutions, and professionals to exchange insights and experiences, as well as implement evidence-based practices
  • serve as a coordinating hub for presenting rehabilitation research and innovative ideas in a way that inspires both professionals and users alike.
Through these efforts, RKR strives to be a driving force for progress in the rehabilitation field
